The enthusiastic grade 5 students and teachers have planned a full schedule of ways they are not only going to help improve their own local environment, but also how they can help their global classmates from Illoirero Primary School. They are looking forward to writing letters and sharing stories with their friends from Kenya about their sustainable school garden and the local wildlife they are hoping to attract, and have started a recycling campaign to collect lunchtime poppers to raise money for library books for their twinning school.
